Do you recommend only advertising online?
Internet users are growing at a rapid pace, however it is only one advertising medium which you should be taking advantage of in todays fierce market place. For example marketing your property with a for sale or for rent sign draws attention to your property for those already in your neighbourhood. Onlinehomesearch.ca also offers sign packages for select areas when listing your property, and we high recommend you take advantage of this service.

Why advertise online?
There are many benefits to advertising online with OnlineHomeSearch.ca, which include:
1-The number of online viewers is increasing at a rapid pace, and static print advertising is becoming less effective in many markets.
2-Online advertising with OnlineHomeSearch.ca is less expensive than many alternatives.
3-Advertising is instant. Your ad will be posted in minutes. If your ad meets the specific criteria of a user wanting to receive email alerts, they will have your listing immediately after it is posted online. That is powerful marketing!
4-Great way to generate early interest in your property, we recommend advertising your property before it is available, this will decrease the vacancy or holding period to maximize profits.
Print ads still represent a large portion of readership, but those who do not take advantage of internet advertising will loose out, and fall behind in today’s fast paced market.
